Adopt a Paragon Carousel Horse
Your sponsorship is instrumental in restoring these beautiful horses to their original and exquisite beauty and elegance.
Adopters receive acknowledgement on signage inside the Carousel, as well as on digital and printed materials. Chosen names are displayed above your adopted horse.
Sponsorship of the Carousel’s famous Roman Chariot is also available.
Help us restore the sixty-six original 1928 Philadelphia Toboggan Company horses, hand-carved by skilled German and Italian craftsmen like Leo Zoller, the Muller brothers, Salvatore Cernigliaro, William Dentzel, and Frank Carretta.
Seasonal Adoptions
Single-season adoptions are available for donations of $500. Your adoption will include naming rights and a commemorative card to display or give as a gift.
Perpetual Adoptions
Since 1996, over two dozen of the Carousel’s sixty-six horses have been perpetually adopted and have received their forever names in gratitude for their benefactors’ magnanimous contribution.
Special name plates are displayed on Perpetual Adoption horses.
Option 1: Single Donation
Any available Paragon Carousel horse may become a Perpetual Adoption with a single donation of $15,000. Your adoption will include your choice of available horse, naming rights, and a special nameplate.
Option 2: Pledge Plan
Our newest option welcomes donations of $1,500 per year for ten years to become a Perpetual Adopter. Your adoption will include your choice of available horse, naming rights, and a special nameplate. Previous multi-year donations may be applied to your total. Please reach out to Carousel staff for more information.
Please Note: While the Carousel has been able to maintain the same Adoption pricing since 1996, rising material and labor costs necessitate an increase beginning in the 2021/2022 Adoption season.
