We are "back to the races again" to support the restoration and preservation of the historical Paragon Carousel.
The Paragon Carousel Derby returns on Friday, May 2nd from 7pm to 10pm. Doors open at 6:00PM. Dress up like you’re “going to the races” and enjoy an evening of games, prizes and socializing all around the Historic Paragon Carousel.
$50/ticket.

Welcome to Paragon Carousel Little Riders Academy, a magical adventure designed especially for 4-6-year-olds! Little Riders Academy is the perfect blend of fun, learning, and creativity, where little riders can explore, play, and make new friends in a safe and welcoming environment.
Program Overview:
Each morning, your child will be greeted by our friendly, trained staff, who ensure a safe and exciting experience throughout the day. We maintain a low counselor-to-child ratio, ensuring that every child receives the attention and care they deserve.
Our day begins and ends with a special ride on the iconic Paragon Carousel, giving our little riders a whimsical start and end to their day. Between rides, the fun continues with a variety of exciting activities, including:
Games: Classic group games that keep kids moving and having fun while promoting teamwork and social skills.
Arts & Crafts: Hands-on creative activities that encourage self-expression, from carousel-inspired art to fun and colorful crafts.
Storytelling: Engaging stories that spark imagination and bring the carousel’s magic to life, followed by fun discussions and creative activities related to the stories.
Theme Days:
Each day of our Little Rides Academy features a unique theme, providing new experiences and endless excitement:
Splash-tacular Water Day – Dive into fun with water games, splash activities, and a whole lot of wet and wild fun!
Creative Carousel Art Day – Let their imaginations run wild as they create art inspired by the carousel and all its colors, bringing the magical world to life through their own creations.
Carnival Day – Step right up for carnival games, music, and classic fair fun that’ll make everyone’s day magical! From ring toss to sack races, it’s a day filled with laughter and joy.
Back in Time Day – Hop into a time machine and travel back to 1928. 1928 is the year the carousel began bringing joy to the South Shore! Kids will learn about the past, try vintage games, and discover how children had fun in the good old days.
At Paragon Carousel Little Riders Academy, we make sure every moment is packed with adventure, learning, and laughter. Join us for an unforgettable summer filled with carousel rides, creative play, and so much more!

Spooktacular at the Paragon Carousel
Celebrate the end of the season with a Spooktacular ride on the historic Paragon Carousel!
The Carousel is decorated for Halloween and guests are welcome to come in costume.
We will have hot cider for guests.
And make sure to say “trick or treat” at the Carousel for some candy!
PUMPKINFEST
PUMPKINFEST is happening at the Paragon Carousel for the first two weekends of October (10/1 - 10/2 and 10/8 - 10/9).
Pumpkins are available for the picking.
Buy a pumpkin for $10 and get a complimentary ride on the Paragon Carousel with your purchase AND a small sugar ice cream cone.
All proceeds support the preservation and restoration of the Historic Paragon Carousel.
