**Costume Contest from 5pm-7pm: Dress for your favorite decade of the Carousel; Decade 20’s, 30’s 40’s judge as one decade; Decade 50’s, 60’s,70’s,80’s judged separately; Judged by Jason McCann, Hull’s favorite spokesman - Music from each decade - Prize- gift certificate for a local business
